Forsberg Family Loss
Donation protected
As many of you know, our father, Christian Forsberg, unexpectedly passed away on January 30th, 2017.
Sebastian, Sofia and I lost our incredible father; his longtime girlfriend Sue lost her love and best friend, his family in Finland lost a brother and son. Christian's Finnish family includes his sisters Ann-Christin, Gunilla, Marianne, and Eva, his mother Viola and a long list of brother-in-laws, nieces and nephews plus extended family.
Any one who knew our father, can say he had a great story to tell that always made you laugh. He was always full of kindness and love. We will always miss the times we shared together and will cherish those moments forever.
Our fathers last wishes were to be cremated and for part of him to be in Finland. Since we live in the US and can't easily get over to Finland, Sebastian, Sofia, and I plan to follow through with that in the next few months as well as hold a memorial service there for all our family in Finland to be able to be together and mourn our loss. I know nothing would make him happier than to be resting at home in Finland.
The memorial service here in the states will be held Saturday February 4th at 2pm
First United Methodist Church of Celina
12465 FM 438
Celina, TX 75009
-anyone is welcome to attend
In this incredibly difficult time, we (children of Christian) are asking for any financial help in the funeral costs as well as air travel expenses. Anything helps and from the bottom of our hearts we thank you. We love you all
