Fort Greene bar is very dear to us and we have a chance to support them. Over the years, they have supported Sound Ground and many other communities in a most selfless manner. After back to back robberies, this seminal community space could use our help. With PROUDTOPRESENT Vol. 2 we bring Scotty Drippin’ to the forefront as they play open to close and raise money for a small, female-owned business who has given us so much over the years.

After covering real costs we will donate all remaining funds to the bar to help them stand firmly on their feet after repeated violations. If you know, you know owning a small business isn’t easy and as one of the only female owned bars in the city we feel it’s important to leverage our community to show big love. Even if you’re unable to make it a small donation will go a long way.

Music by Scotty Drippin’, art installation by Benigno Lopez, drink specials, a silent auction, and high high high vibrations will make this a very special evening. So far, Yes Wines Co, Mad Lemon, and Ratio Beerworks have signed on to support this effort. We are hugely grateful for these local brands.
