Fortress Oriakhi Funeral & Memorial Expenses

Dearest Family and Friends,

On June 23rd, Fortress Oriakhi was tragically taken from us. It is hard to put into words the immense grief the family is experiencing at this time. Fortress was on his way home from celebrating his 29th birthday when he was brutally murdered.

As a son he was the cause of much joyful laughter. As a brother he always had a kind word and constant encouragement for his siblings and their dreams. He was full of an infectious optimism and endless creativity that he poured into his music to share with others. Those that knew him in work treasured his gentle way as he cared for others. To know him was to be touched by his kind and loving spirit.

This GoFundMe campaign was created to provide support to Fortress’ family during this unimaginably difficult time. We want to ease the significant financial burden of funeral and memorial expenses so the family can instead focus on grieving and honoring Fortress’ beautiful life.
