Foster-Adopt Support Fund

Setting up this fund because those that know our story have asked for some way to bless our children on this tremendous occasion. We hope to raise funds to offset the many costs associated with long-term care of children with special needs.

There are over 430,000 children in foster care in the US. Over 30,000 in the state of Texas. Many children go from placement to placement awaiting their "forever family". Seeing the data and hearing the stories moved Khalila and I to become foster parents in 2018. Soon after becoming licensed, we welcomed a sibling group of four into our home.

Fostering isn't easy, there are many stakeholders to work with but the main thing that keeps us going is the commitment to the children, never giving up on them.

We are happy to share that this month we have adopted all four and are a forever family.
