Summer Camp

At OAF, we are counting on your support to reach more disadvantaged children and improve the Summer 2025 Camp experience with exciting activities such as pottery, art, English and dance classes.

Steppingstones to Reading - Teacher Training & Support

Quality education is fundamental from the early years of preschools. We offer professional development programmes that equip educators with the skills, tools, and resources needed to develop early childhood literacy and socio-emotional skills.

English Conversation Classes

This new programme, designed to foster English language learning, combines British Council-aligned learning objectives and creative materials. Our dedicated English volunteer students deliver engaging weekly sessions. Actively working with the Ministry of Education of Armenia, we hope to close the gap in accessing language learning opportunities in underserved communities.

Karda and Books for Hope: building strong literacy skills for significant impact

These flagship literacy programmes foster the love of reading and critical understanding of our world. We focus on the strategic improvement of literacy in underserved school communities across rural Armenia through a multi-faceted approach involving education, community engagement, access to resources and support systems.

Who we are

The Oxford Armenia Foundation (1193788) is a non-profit educational charity dedicated to strengthening literacy, numeracy, and well-being among children and young adults in rural Armenian communities. To achieve this, we design and implement targeted educational programmes for vulnerable and disadvantaged children in Armenia’s most socio-economically deprived and isolated regions.
