Help repair damage caused by burglars
We’re very sorry to confirm that overnight, we received a visit from some young lads with malicious intent. They have stolen a significant amount of tools, Broken in to a number of buildings and caused safety critical damage to our trackwork/signalling.
As a charity run entirely by volunteers, This is the kind of thing that can cripple us but despite the set back, We’ll be working extremely hard to ensure that we can continue to run our service.
We’d ask that anybody with information contacts Staffordshire Police on 101 and quotes log number 185 of 27th June 2019.
We’ll continue to support our local Policing team with their investigations and would like to thank them for attending today to collect forensic evidence. We’ve been able to provide some potential links through our CCTV system.
We will shortly be releasing a fundraising campaign to help support us in repairing the damage that these selfish young people have caused.
