Lisa’s Cancer Journey

Hello my name is Carla and I’m setting up

this account for my sister Lisa. She has been off work since middle of May. They found a tumor on the back of her throat and found out middle of June she has throat cancer. Due to the extreme pain shes in she has been unable to work. She will be undergoing treatment and She will have radiation 5 days a week and chemo 1 day a week for the next 7 weeks.

If you know her you know she is one of the most STRONGEST and stubborn ladies out there

She will be off work for quite a while and this would help with her medical bills, travel to the coast for treatments and her monthly bills..

She is turning 50 on July 20th if you’d like to send her a birthday card I’m sure that would put a smile on her face ❤️

Thank you all for your prayers. Her feeding tube and port was put in today successfully ❤️ She will start radiation and chemo on the 20th. For all who’ve asked for her address

Sorry for delay in updating. We’ve had a go of it this last month. Lisa had her last radiation treatment on Thursday 9/28 for her throat cancer. She had been in hospital a few weeks ago and doctor ordered another PetScan and results were not what we had hoped for. Her cancer has spread to her lungs. She is having a hard time with feeding tube so thankfully her feeding pump has been approved. She will start the Keytruda T cell treatment next. Thank you everyone for the prayers and texts..please keep them coming as this is been a hard time for our family.

Lisa received her feeding pump and has gained a few pounds back… She is stubborn as we all know and will continue to fight.. The cancer has spread to her lungs and bones. Please keep her in your prayers. Thank you all who have donated. We love you all ❤️
