I need a hand

I appreciate you for taking the time to read this request for help. I always prided myself on trying to find a positive in everything. I never thought I would do this kind of thing. Over the last 7-8 months I lost my dream job due to an injury outside of work, open heart surgery, and now not only did I suffer a back injury I had a massive infection that was not seen in an MRI a week prior. My beautiful wife has been working so hard to keep my children and my own spirits up but working extra hours when she gets the chance. Because of this selflessness  and caring I’m putting my pride aside and asking for help.
