Francis Darrell Ouellette

Francis Darrell Ouellette passed away unexpectedly on 12/19/2022. He served in the army as a Private E-2 in the Vietnam War. He is survived by his wife of 34 years and his children. Francis suffered from PTSD and several other medical conditions as a result of the war and effects of Agent Orange. At the time of his death he was completely disabled and was unable to provide financially for his family for many years. As many people with medical conditions and disabilities know, it is almost impossible to get life insurance, which was the case with Francis. As such, the financial burden of having his memorial services has fallen on the family.
