Help Mr. Tibor keep his business from being taken

Hello, my name is Rick. Francis reached out to me out of the blue to tell me his problem, and to see if I knew of anyway to help him. We didn't know each other, but he was desperate. He is 80 years old and lives in Hebron ND, population 794. He bought a little motel in 2006, and later added on to it, making it a comfy and spacious seven-room motel. His purpose in buying the motel at his age was to provide financial security for his daughter, who has several medical issues. Things were going along fine until COVID hit, and effectively shuttered his business. The motel did not qualify for any of the billions of dollars of COVID money. For nearly three years, his motel languished. Francis and his wife kept the doors open by using their Social Security checks to pay its bills. Business has started picking back up, and is now paying for its own expenses. Unfortunately Francis has been unable to pay property taxes for the last three years due to the hotel's negative income. He applied for a bank loan to pay the over $30,000 he owes, but was turned down. Next month, the county is going to foreclose on his little motel, and in November it will go on the auction block. He has absolutely no way to pay the back taxes. He is going to lose his motel, his legacy, and his daughter's financial security unless we can help. Please join in helping to correct this injustice.

All donations will go to paying down Mr. Tibor's late property taxes, and to pay only the cost of making his documentary. The first $10k will go to the property tax bill.
