Francis Flores Ramoin Memorial

This is written on behalf of the family of our late Francis Flores Ramoin: Evelyn Flores, mother; Eric Ramoin, father; and Nikky Ramoin, little brother.  

Francis grew up in the San Francisco Bay Area, and attended the French School in San Francisco.  He then moved to Snoqualmie, Washington and then to Seattle where he completed high school and graduated from the University of Washington.  

He was adventurous, generous, and passionately took on every opportunity that this life had to offer.  He loved the outdoors, traveling, and engaging with the world round him.  During one of his visits to the Bay, he brought back natural handmade orange scented candles and lip balm for everyone – always thoughtful, practical, and health conscientious.  Francis loved his family and his friends, and EVERYONE loved him back.  His energy was contagious.  It was his dream to travel and meet the people of the global community.  So he did it.  To name a few places he'd made his way to: he's been all over the United States, backpacked through Europe, went to Guatamala, Honduras, Nicaragua, India, Costa Rica, the Philippines, Cambodia, and Vietnam.  During his visit to the Philippines, he wrote this quote on the office wall of Rosan's restaurant: "Some people dream of success... others just wake up and work hard at it!"   

Francis past away unexpectedly while traveling around Asia this past February 2016 at the young age of 26 years old.  His brother Nikky said it best: Francis past away while "living out his dreams".  He lived passionately, loved generously, and laughed joyfully.    

We are hoping that through this Go Fund Me account, we can help cover the expenses of laying Francis' body to rest in San Francisco Bay Area, and support his family as they come together to take care of any final business for Francis.  All funds in this account go directly to his mother, Evelyn Flores.

Francis' family is extremely grateful for the bountiful prayers, thoughts, stories, memories, and pictures that you've all shared as we simultaneously mourn and celebrate the life of Francis.  Thank you for your generosity, we know that Francis would be grateful that we are all here to support his family right now.
