Frank and Anneli Dietz- Memorial and OnGoing Care
Frank Dietz lived his life with great faith in a Savior who loved him. He never had much, but God always provided.
Now in his death, we are looking to God to provide for the upcoming costs. Dad's wish was to be cremated and to make sure that his wife, Anneli, was completely cared for. She requires 24/7 care due to a brain aneurysm 3 years ago. He spent the last 3 years of his life caring for her completely with a servant's heart.
We have dived in to his papers, bills, documents and are trying to organize and make sense of it all (it's hard to take over without his guidance on processes). There are upcoming bills, medical care- past and present expenses, and now cremation costs. We are starting the process to get mom on Medicaid and IHSS to help with her medical care needs, but the process is 3-6 months at a minimum before we start receiving help. We are anticipating care for mom alone before IHSS begins to be around $40,000 which would cover 80 hours/week for care giver help, prescriptions and co-pays... but does not include any day to day bills/expenses.
We don't know exactly what we need now, I'm sure things will change as we keep up caring for his home, our mom and incoming bills. We don't know what tomorrow will bring for mom and her health needs. But we know that God is good. We trust that God will provide. Thank you so much for your support and generosity.
With love,
Amy and Liisa (Anneli too)
