On Tuesday, February 16, 2016, our dear Frank G Covino, unexpectedly passed away.
Frank was a loving husband, caring and devoted father, dedicated teacher, a wonderful brother, uncle, cousin and true friend to all. Frank loved life and lived it to the fullest. Until his last breath, he enjoyed teaching his portrait art classes, spending time with the love of his life, Barbara, and his many outdoor adventures.
Frank's family has initiated this campaign to help Barbara prepare a proper celebration memorial for Frank and to help her cover some of her other expenses, especially to keep Franks Art Academy up and running. As Frank was a dedicated teacher, he would always put everyone else before himself, which would compromise his financial situation most of the time. While he was rich in talent, he was not so with finances.
Frank has touched many, many lives in countless ways. Any contribution would be greatly appreciated and will help relieve some burden on Barbara, as well as give Frank the sendoff he so deserves. Most importantly, this fund will help Barbara keep Frank's legacy alive by keeping his art academy open so she can continue
to teach his techniques to his many wonderful sudents.
