Frank E. Hale

For anybody that knew my Dad, he was a kind, caring man that always had a joke ready to go. He could make you smile so much that your face would start to hurt after a minute. He loved his family and would do anything for them. He was the type of person to give a stranger the shirt off his back if they needed it.
