Frank G. Sprentz Jr. Memorial Music Fund
Donation protected
Music has the power to transform lives, spark creativity and foster a sense of community like no other art form.
When Frank Sprentz passed away in February, 2024, we lost a remarkable man and a brilliant musician. As a drummer, singer, song writer and cherished band member, Frank‘s passion for music was boundless.
Our mission is to honor Frank’s legacy by providing musical instruments/lessons to qualifying students who reside in the Allegheny County, PA area. The recipients, primarily elementary school students, will have expressed an interest in music and will receive their instruments through a partnership with the local school system and music vendors. Upon the completion of elementary school, the instruments would be returned to allow them to be utilized by other students.
Each instrument and or case will bear a label, forever marking it as a gift in Frank’s memory.
We are Sue and Steve Braunfield, Frank’s sister and brother in law, dedicated to keeping his love for music alive. As an incentive to donate, we will match total donations up to our goal of $10,000.
Join us in believing in the transformative power of music and help us change lives in Frank’s honor.
Thank you for your support and generosity.
