Frank Hawkins recovery from Kim Hawkins passing.

Dear friends, family, and supporters,

I'm reaching out to you with a heavy heart to share that my beloved wife, Kim, passed away or, in her case, moved to heaven on February 22, 2023. We were married for over 27 years and shared a love of Jesus, and for the first half of our marriage, we enjoyed hiking, biking, and photography together.

I'll need your prayers and financial support over the coming months to get through this.
Now, on with the story. For the last half of our married life, Kim's health declined from many unknown issues, and she was eventually diagnosed with cancer.

We spent all our savings and retirement assets on her medical care and even fought the government for five years to secure her disability payments. As a result, I had to take early social security to be her caregiver, and I'll have to work until the end of my days to make ends meet.

I'm an artist who's been building my art business for the past few years. I've been receiving training, and I'm confident that my business will become profitable by the end of this year. However, with Kim's passing and the loss of her disability income, I'm in a dire financial situation. I need help to pay for her mortuary expenses, bills, and my vocational education/training to get through this tough emotional and financial patch.

Continuing my art business training provides me with hope for the future. However, my true and ultimate hope is in Jesus.

Art is my true vocational calling, and with God's help, I'll find my way. I'm passionate about my art and photography; it helps me heal, motivating and inspiring me to create.

Any amount you can donate via Go Fund Me will be greatly appreciated and will help me through this challenging time.

I'm determined to earn a living as an artist and supplement my small social security check.

You can also support me by purchasing my art online for yourself or a friend at https://frankhawkinsfineart.com/.

I wish you could have seen the gleam of heaven and the peace of God in Kim's eyes in the week before her passing. Knowing where you're going makes all the difference. She is with Jesus in the place He prepared for her. What can be better than that? I'm deeply grateful to God for using Kim to spread His love right up to the end.

Thank you for considering supporting me during this time of need.

Sincerely,

Frank Lee Hawkins.
