Frank Walter Kilby Memorial

On Tuesday February 6, 2024 the semi tractor trailer Frank Walter Kilby was driving was involved in a single vehicle crash while driving in the mountainous region of Maryland.

Unfortunately he did not survive.

This tragedy is made worse because he was completely unprepared. Frank was the principle bread winner and left behind a wife with no support. Frank did not have a will nor did he have life insurance.

Money for basic subsistence and funds to engage legal representation while applying for a Worker's Compensation claim and forestall having to sell their house at below fair market value.
