On Sunday, Franklin elementary school experienced a devastating fire. My mother's room was a total loss. Her entire 16 years of teaching is in that room. Most of the items in her classroom were purchased by her. Along with her, almost all of her coworkers have experienced damage to their classrooms. Teachers spend insane amounts of their own time and money making their classroom an educational and fun setting. This will go to purchase items to bring these teachers back to their feet and help get more school supplies for students. Thank you.
