Frankowski Family Fire

On October 11, 2020, around 9pm at night, my family and I lost almost everything we had worked so hard. My three children (5 year old twins and 11 year old) the dog were already asleep. My husband was in Poland at this time. I was almost asleep when I heard a strange signal coming from the hall. It was fire detector.I left the bedroom and saw a fire coming out of the dryer. The entire house was full of smoke. There was no time to put the fire out or take anything from the house. I immediately woke up my three children, my dog ​​and I told them to run as far as they could .. Those were seconds .... I tried to keep calm and save our lives ... there was a stove/gas line near the dryer ... There was no time to put on shoes and jackets .... we all ran out into the streets at night, barefoot, in our pajamas ... The only thing I took out of the house that night was the phone ... I called 911 ... Another stressful aspect of losing our home is that I lost my job due to covid. I got the call from my boss the same day the fire happened. We lost our home, our sense of security ... Life will never look like it used to ... I am asking people of good will for prayers and financial support for my family as we try to rebuild everything we have worked hard for.I  am under psychotherapeutic care which helps me recover from the trauma I experience. I have been having nightmares and unable to sleep. My kids are always asking me if the house will blow up again. Thank you for reading my story. My heart is broken, but my spirit still has hope.
