Franks FAT Goes Bye Bye

I got cleared for surgery! 

As many of you know I have been struggling with weight issues my whole life. I have tried everything from weight watchers to crazy exercise plans. I finally have insurance and started the process for weight loss surgery.  

This process has taken over 2 years and today I finally got my surgery date !! October 30th my life will change, but there is as always a speed bump in the road to healthy living, the out of pocket cost for me is 4500 dollars which I have to pay 5 days before my surgery. 

I feel very vulnerable asking all of you my friends and family for help achieving this goal, I got to this weight by myself but as a great friend told me, "we all need help sometimes".  I am excited to do normal things again from dancing all night to riding comfortably in an aeroplane.  I have been reticent sharing all the issues I have had being so large because I am a positive person and I love to laugh and be happy. 

I know the deadline is fast but I believe in miracles and the love and encouragement from all my loved ones. 
Anything will help out. I love you all and thank you humbly and from the bottom of my heart in advance.
