Hello Everyone,
On behalf of our Brother we are starting this go fund me. On Monday December 7, 2020 while on duty serving as a Federal Maximum Prison Guard our brother was stabbed through his eye and into his brain with a shank from an Inmate who is serving a sentence on terrorism charges. Our brother was admitted to Geisinger Medical Center where he underwent surgery in an attempt to save his right eye. Unfortunately the attempt was unsuccessful and he lost his eye. As many of you know our brother is much more than just a prison guard for 22 years he is also a father, a son, a brother, a wrestling coach, and an upstanding citizen. He is a role model to young men and women in the sporting community and was set to open an indoor facility Twisted Steel before the events occurred on that brutal Monday morning. As it’s unlikely that he will be able to return to work we would like to help he and his family with their uncertain financial distress. He has two beautiful daughters Mekenna and Maesyn who we would like some of the money to be able to go towards their college fund. Unfortunately our brother will have to learn a whole new way of life and a whole new normal. Doing the simplest of task will be a struggle until Dale adjust to this new way of life. We truly appreciate you love, support, and all the outpouring of prayers sent Dale’s way. We appreciate everyone taking the time to send get well messages our family’s way. God Bless and please continue to pray for our brother on his road to recovery. We love you Dale and are so proud of you.
