Fraserburgh Academy Parent Council Fundraiser 2024-25

Please help us support our kids!

One of the roles of Fraserburgh Academy Parent Council is to raise money to fund activities for the pupils of Fraserburgh Academy. This supports their learning and give them a wide range of experiences that they might not otherwise have.

Last year, the Parent Council donated over £2,500 to the school to support our pupils with:

· Contribution towards bus transport for a wide variety of educational visits

· Sports Day medals

· PA system

· Jackets for our football teams

· Funding for The Junction

· Contribution towards theatre tickets

However, we have already received requests from school departments and pupil groups for over £2700 of funding, more than the total funding requests received in the whole of last year. This amount will continue to rise as funding requests will be received from the school right up until the summer holidays.

So that we don’t have to turn down any requests for funding, we are asking parents and friends of Fraserburgh Academy to give a donation to our fundraising campaign. This will go a long way to give our pupils access to trips and experiences they would not otherwise have which will positively impact their learning.

All donations will be very much appreciated not just by the Parent Council but our school teachers and staff.
