Hi, my name is Yadira and I am starting this fundraiser to help raise money to give my dear friends brother Fred Beltran, the memorial he deserves, to honor his memory and so his family and loved ones can say their goodbyes.

Fred was a loving Son, Husband, Brother, Father and Uncle. He was loved and cherished by many. His smile made life more beautiful. He will forever be loved and missed.
