Fred Forshag’s End of Life Care & Celebration of Life

As many of you know my father Fred Forshag, had a hemorrhagic stroke at the end of May 2024 and he did not regain full functionality, his advanced dementia or Alzheimer’s took a toll on his brain making it tough to recover with beneficial quality of life.

Doctors said it was time for hospice care and the facility was not covered by his Medicare. Any help given will go to his end of life care. He passed on July 7th, 2024 and the money raised will pay back the loan used for that care.

While the remaining funds will go towards his celebration of life and all that goes with that process. He has since been cremated and his Celebration of Life dates will be announced soon.

Our family is truly grateful for any help you can provide big or small. He has touched so many lives along his journey and I’m praying that you can give a little back his way. We appreciate your prayers, thoughts and any amount makes a difference.

To some he’s Papa Fred, Pastor Fred, Freddie, brother, cousin, friend, PoPo Fred, Po, Uncle GG, President of The Knuckle Heads (grandkids) and to me he is forever and always daddy. We love you dad.
