Fredericksburg Muslim Community Masjid

My dear brothers and sisters,

Assalamu Alaikum (Peace be upon you)!

The Muslim community in Fredericksburg plans to establish an Islamic center (Masjid) located at "215 Chatham Heights Rd, Fredericksburg, VA 22405". Despite the presence of hundreds of Muslim families, there are currently a few Islamic community centers nearby to serve their needs. The community has successfully acquired the land (building), and the necessary paperwork is expected to be completed soon, Inshallah.

Our primary objective is to conduct Taraweeh and Khatam prayers in this space during the upcoming month of Ramadan in 2024, Inshallah. In addition to onsite and community fundraisings, we have initiated online fundraising efforts. We want to ask you to participate in this noble cause to help our community establish a robust foundation of faith in the area. Even a single dollar can contribute significantly to achieving this goal. Alhamdulillah, our brothers and sisters have generously donated around $235k, and we now require approximately $190k more to realize our vision. Your support will play a vital role in making this endeavor a reality. To own the space, we must reach our target of $190,000 by February 15th, 2024.

This mosque will be supporting Fredericksburg, Stafford, and Spotsylvania counties.
