Please help I need a new kidney and a pancreas

I've been living with Type 1 Diabetes since I was a kid, but despite the challenges it’s brought, I've always remained optimistic, adventurous, and determined. Diabetes and uncontrolled high blood pressure has brought my kidneys to just 9% function , and I really need both a kidney and pancreas transplant in order to continue living a full and healthy life. Being on dialysis, having daily injections and taking dozens of pills each day is not fun and limits me from my full potential. I can’t travel like I used to because i have to be on a machine each night that connects to a tube/port that’s 2 ft. long. I miss being able to exercise,swim, and do other activities. To be eligible for this life-saving procedure, I must raise $20,000, and we’re reaching out to our community for support.

Though my health journey has been difficult, I work as much as I can and try to stay active, thanks to the flexibility of my job and the love and support of my dog, Jasmine. I have always been an adventurous soul, with a deep love for nature and a desire to explore the world around me. I would love to finally feel like a normal young person and have health and freedom. Life is not always fair, but hopefully my luck will change soon with your help.
