Free Devin Holmes!

Mr. Holmes is an outstanding Oakland Unified School District substitute teacher. He has been charged with (constructive possession) which means that even though the items and evidence were not found on Mr. Holmes, nor was he at the scene of the crime. The state suggests, although he was a realtor who was renting out the property; that since he was the owner of the property, he had to have knowledge of the evidence found.

This is his first offense. He has no priors. Due to this conspiracy. All of his bank accounts have been frozen since April 23, 2019.

He is now currently being held at Middlesex County adult correctional facility where he is doing 23-1’s. Which means he spends 23 hrs in a cell with 1 hr recreation.
