FREE DIVER - a short underwater documentary

"Free Diver" is a short documentary that aims to create excitement about a place that often goes unrecognized, despite being the largest on the planet—the ocean. The short documentary follows Lance, a professional free diver who defies human limitations to push the boundaries of what is possible.

This documentary will take huge part underwater in the open ocean.

My name is Truls, and I’m a senior at the Los Angeles Film School. As a scuba diver, I've witnessed the incredible world beneath the waves—a vital part of our planet that is often seen as unreachable or intimidating, and therefor overlooked and forgotten by many. This inspired me to focus my thesis to create more excitement about this extraordinary place, and in the process, more awareness.

Taking place for the most part underwater, this will be a technical and logistical challenge. My team and I will appreciate all the help we can get!
