Sprinters LLC is a local business that does Moving, Cleaning and Delivery services. We are fundraising to help the Elderly, Disabled, Less fortunate, and vulnerable members of our American collective society with free transportation services to enable them with their daily travels.

Your donation would be an invaluable asset to Sprinters LLC and will go towards a startup cost like, acquiring Vehicles, hiring drivers and tele-marketers and office staff, in addition to the van we already have. This will assist us in providing swift pickup & drop off of the elderly, disabled and Special need kids, to and from their medical appointments, grocery shopping, rehabilitation and all other appointments free of charge. We will also help with moving services for those relocating.

This move came out of the desire to provide needed transportation assistance to those with constraints. We observe that the elderly and handicapped persons in our society needs our help. Our personal experiences can address this facts. See stories below:

DANIEL: I met an elderly lady at a bus stop on a rainy day. She missed her bus and was stranded. The next bus would be arriving in about an hour. She was so upset and frustrated. I asked where she was heading, she told me she was running late for her medical appointment. I offered her a ride.

Then I thought there should be a way to help people like this.

NENE: I encountered a disabled man at a Safeway grocery store. He was done with his shopping and was waiting for an Uber ride. The ride was taking so long and at a point the Uber canceled. When I approached him, he said he was very upset because the delay will affect the time for him to administer his medication at home. He said he was diabetic and hypertensive, and was already feeling pains. I felt his pain and I thought a free ride home will be helpful. I offered him a ride.

It is based on our individual experiences and other people’s story that we decided to come together to lunch this call for help that would be beneficial to these group of people in our society.

This fund will be used in the following ways:

ELDERLY:

Free transportation will be provided to the elderly to aid them meet up with their medical appointments, grocery shopping, and house cleaning.

HANDICAPPED & other persons with physical and health challenges: Free transportation will be provided to these group of individuals to ease their transportation needs and in-house cleaning when needed.

STUDENTS:

We will partner with local public schools in providing assistance for free transportation to educational field trips and sport activities.

OPERATIONS:

Individuals will call our hotline or email request for services.
Callers will be screened for eligibility.
We will issue free ride voucher number to qualified recipients.
Our driver will call the recipient to arrange a pickup and drop off time.
The driver will issue a receipt that will be signed by the recipient as verification for services rendered.
We will account for every penny of your money spent.

In return, we will be happy to offer publicity in recognition of the donor, such as social media shoutouts etc. We will also provide receipt as value of the donation made for tax purposes.
