Freedom Fighters for Fergus Falls

Have you or your business been affected by the "good old boys" in Fergus Falls?  Tired of the lack of accountability for our local leaders and politicians?  Sick of seeing businesses either leave or pass on Fergus Falls for more welcoming opportunities?  Ever heard someone say, "that's Fergus Falls..."  

Recently the City of Fergus Falls allegedly violated the law in their backroom antics.  The City was hiring new airport management.  All seemed transparent until February 1st.  In the City Council Packet, a memorandum, scoring matrix, and application was provided.  Then without giving a formal reason the City Council tabled the discussion only to totally restart the process.  On May 17th, after blocking out the public, a totally different candidate was selected.  Why?

February 12th the Daily Journal attacked my position in "Airport Management should be Local",  mentioned my name, and never asked my side of the story.  I wrote a letter to the editor explaining 90% of Fergus Falls Municipal Airport funding is Federal (not local).  Why is the local newspaper only propagating one side of the story?

I want transparency in the City of Fergus Falls.  I have hired an attorney (approximately $250/hour) to explore open meeting law violations and freedom of information violations.  100% of funds will be utilized for the betterment of Fergus Falls.  Today, I'm taking on the "good old boys" and I need your help.  Join me and be a Freedom Fighter!
