I sold everything. Freedom Life Ministry

Hi my name is Kathryn Rhue. 13 months ago God called me to sell all my belongings to follow Him. I sold my car, all my personal items, and I left Charleston, the city I was in for 5 years.

I slowly gave up everything. Left my jobs. Even my big dreams of running business’ I left behind in order to walk in this purpose God has called me to.

I ended up flying from Philadelphia, PA all the way out to San Diego, California with no job or place to live because God has called me to start a ministry, which I named Freedom Life Ministry based on John 8:36.

New city. New start. No certainty. I didn’t know where my money was coming from or where I would stay, yet God has provided every step of the way. My faith skyrocketed.

During these 13 months of house sitting, sleeping on couches, not knowing where I was going, and living in a suitcase… God has delivered me of strongholds on my life, and completely healed my heart.

He has given me the time to invest in people and share the gospel to the homeless as well as pray for many friends I met along the way.

I am on a mission to spread the truth of the bible, the love and the freedom of Jesus Christ to the lost along the California coast as well as to build a community of strong Jesus-following leaders.

It is now time to settle in. I will be preaching with a microphone and building the church on the beach and streets of San Diego.

I can’t do this alone. In order to make this mission possible, I am looking for financial support for starting over in a new city, for a year of housing, basic necessities and basic resources (microphone set up) so I can continue to preach the gospel full time and build the church.
