Free Kalamazoo Holiday Dinners 2021

CALTRAN, a 501 (c)(3) nonprofit corporation, is partnering with our sister charity, God's Kitchen of Michigan, to raise $8,500 for Kalamazoo's 2021 Free Thanksgiving and Christmas Dinners.

 

Your charitable and tax-deductible contribution will be used to provide free dinners, toys, and toiletries for homeless and other needy citizens living in the Mall City.

 

This year's free Thanksgiving and Christmas dinners will be served by God's Kitchen of Michigan at our Portage Chapel Hill Church meal site. The Thanksgiving menu will consist of turkey and all of the fixings while our Christmas dinner menu will feature fried chicken, ham, steak, mashed potatoes, cheesy broccoli, dessert, and bottled water.

 

Santa and Mrs. Claus will host our annual Christmas event, handing out free toys to all participating children. Your charitable donation will make this year's holiday events memorable for girls and boys of all ages.

About Our Charities: CALTRAN is a 501(c)(3) Michigan-based private nonprofit corporation. Our hunger-relief charity was incorporated on July 28, 1994, to provide alternative transportation services for low-income, elderly, and disabled Calhoun County residents. In 2017, the charity adopted a hunger-relief mission to combat hunger in West Michigan.

 

God's Kitchen of Michigan is a nonprofit religious charity established to provide free dinners to the homeless and other needy citizens living in Kalamazoo, Portage, and Battle Creek, Michigan. Incorporated on January 20, 2011, our hunger-relief enterprise is celebrating its 10-year anniversary.
