Emergency Recovery of Vehicle

Hey friends, 

I am in a crazy situation where I am being charged $100 a day to have my car in tow yard on top of $1500 in parking violations, a current $700 tow fee, and my main source of income being driving my car. Basically, to see my car again I will have to pay for more than two thousand dollars and I have no idea what to do. So a couple of people suggested I create this and see how many people would be willing to help.
