Fremont Cal Ripken Baseball is a small, non-profit organization that teaches boys and girls ages 4-12 the fundamentals of Baseball in our community.
The league's snack bar and score booth was broken into and vandalized by exactly the kinds of people we are teaching our children not to be. We're trying to raise enough funds to repair the damage done to the snack bar, score booth, and batting cages and replace the damaged or stolen equipment. This is the worst time for this to happen, as our Spring season will begin next month.
A functioning snack bar is essential to feeding our players, but it's also our primary source of revenue. Of course, baseball bats, balls, helmets, and gloves are also urgently needed.
So, even if it's a few dollars, or if you know someone who can donate their time to repair the snack bar, your help wil be greatly, greatly appreciated!
