**Update** The insurance company, while they have been prompt and helpful with repairs, are not familiar with the process of supplementing wages. And now with at least another 3 weeks until we reopen, the whole team is struggling to find solutions, without having to leave Dave and Scott permanently for other job opportunities. Please help us keep our same hardworking dependable staff!

I’m Jami, an employee at French Quarter Grille in Austin. We arrived Tuesday morning 4/2/2024 to learn that our business was the victim of arson. We are a beloved local business with a very small staff, many of which have depended on this restaurant as their only source of income for many years. We will be closed until further notice, and all employees will be struggling to make ends meet until then. All donations to this fundraiser will be split amongst the staff.
