Send French to England: Bespoke Training in the UK

I am Charles French of Greensboro, North Carolina. I am an aspiring tailor. As a veteran of United States Marine Corps., I know the meaning of hard work and dedication. I have a passion for making custom garments for men and women. I have been afforded the rare opportunity to become an apprentice of a 30 year veteran of Savile Row Tailoring. I am honored to be one of only six that are chosen to attend this training, and to have this opportunity to learn the true art of Bespoke tailoring. But I need your help!!!



Your donations will be used to pay full tuition and the cost of living abroad in the UK for the two year training/apprenticeship. Your investment in my future would be less than the average cost of tuition only to attend college in the U.S. I sincerely ask for your help in making this possible so I can share my gift by making others happy through custom bespoke clothing. Bespoke tailoring is about true custom clothing, made from scratch for the individual customer. Savile Row Tailoring, Ltd., is located in Leeds, UK. The Director Darren Beaman has been tailoring in and around London’s Savile Row for over three decades. Anderson & Sheppard trained, he has risen from a young apprentice to the status of master tailor.  As one of Savile Row leading tailors, Darren has worked with many tailors and brands around the world consulting and advising on style, cutting and making. Private Clients have included Royalty and various celebrities within the entertainment business. Darren believes in the transfer of knowledge and expertise to the future generation of artisans in order to ensure the sustainable future of high quality tailoring and survival of associated businesses.
