From day one, the idea of Tin Leaf, Beach Plum and Black Rail Kitchen Hospitality has been simple: to take the most humble meal and through obsessive devotion and technique, turn it into something amazing. As simple as the idea is, the work has not been easy. Since 2010, it's taken a lot of talented people to get us where we are.

At Fresh Kitchen Hospitality, we believe in showing up hungry, excited, and adaptable in the face of adversity. We are determined to get back to doing what we love — serving our teams and our communities — as soon as it is safe to do so. We will need many courageous and generous people to help us get there.

We have been incredibly fortunate to count on the support of our communities over the past 10 years. And we are turning to our communities now for a different type of support to help the teams who have made Fresh Kitchen Hospitality what it is.
