Freya's wig &hair Accessories and for little princess trust.
Donation protected
Hi everyone my name is Freya I am 10yrs old and I have Neurofibromatosis type 1. I was diagnosed with NF1 at birth and have experienced symptoms such as vision loss, reduced mobility, body pain and am now undergoing chemotherapy treatment for 70 weeks due to 2x Glimos benign Tumors that have been found on my optic nerves of both my eyes.
The chemotherapy has caused me to loose some of my hair and this became painful physically and mentally watching my hair come out in the hair brush so on 09/01/2025 I shave all my hair off, With the help of staff from the children's hospital Claire who is Freya's Music Therapist and Brit who is a play specialist.
I am hoping to raise money to buy hair accessories which will allow me to feel more confident (and keep my head warm).
I have missed my 10th birthday because of trips to and from hospital and the fact that I get ill easily so can't see too many friends.
Anything left over if the money i raise I would like to give to The Little Princess Trust to say thank you for all of their help providing wigs and support to other girls like me.
My mum Kyla is looking after this page with me though I may ask her to buy one or two LOL dolls, I can't wait to have different types of head accessories.
Just to clarify for everyone interested Freya is entitled to one wig from a small selection at The Little Princess Trust.
Head scarfs would be nice on the days Freya doesn't want to wear her wig or unable to.
Thank you for listening to my story any amount of money will help loads even a share would be much appreciated ❤️❤️.
If anyone is interested in donating hair please go on The Little Princess Trust this would be an amazing opportunity to raise money for cutting your hair for another young lady who has lost her hair due to many types of diseases and treatments.
