Friends Don’t Let Friends Fight Cancer Alone

ANDREAS BATTLE WITH BREAST CANCER

In honour of one of the most incredible, selfless, loving & caring women I have the pleasure of calling my best friend... I refuse to let her fight this battle alone. 

After finding a lump in her breast just a few short months ago, Andrea has been through a world wind of tests, procedures and most recently a double mastectomy. 

Starting on Jan 29, 2019 she will begin her chemotherapy treatments and following their completion, will start radiation. 

Anyone who has had the opportunity to cross paths with a Andrea (Aka Mitty) knows the sweet, kind & caring soul she has. She always puts everyone else’s happiness (including pets) above her own and leaves every person she comes in contact with in a better state of mind then she found them. She is the best friend any human could ever wish to find in this world and I am so grateful every single day to have her in my life. 

Its is my turn to give back to Andrea. Being forced to take leave from work and undergo this treatment will leave Andrea in a tight financial situation. Having to worry day by day about her health is stress enough without having any financial burden adding to that. 

Despite her not feeling “worthy” of help from outsiders, I cannot imagine a person more deserving of the generosity of others (friends, family and even strangers).
