Love and Support for Aidan Maher

On Tuesday, December 12, Aidan suffered a debilitating stroke. He will need intensive therapy with a goal to gain back use of his left side. Aidan is facing a long road of both inpatient and outpatient therapy. Before Aidan returns home, renovations will be needed to make his house more accessible for him.

Aidan has been a fixture in the Boston Irish music scene for the past 40 years. On numerous occasions he has stepped up by donating his time and musical talents to anyone who needed it. People who know him know he’s a big personality. You know when he comes into a room. He’s incredibly funny, refreshingly genuine, and always puts the needs of others before his own. It’s no surprise that he has faced this situation with the utmost bravery and strength while continuing to crack jokes along the way. While Aidan and his wife Geraldine display incredible spirit and positivity, they also need our love and support.
