It’s the 2023 season at everyone's favorite choss pile, Echo Canyon!

So, how can you help make it better and safer? To put it bluntly: cough up some cash, dirtbag! No donation is too small and every penny collected here will literally go 100% into the crag. The SLCA has generously helped with some hardware discounts but at the end of the day, it's cash that makes it happen.

Like us, you know what looks like a crumbling s#*t heap turns out to be one of the most fun cragging areas around! What you may not know is that thousands of dollars of hardware and hundreds of hours of labor went into creating this place, and the work is far from done! Just finishing the retaining wall to stop erosion at Soul Train and create belay platforms is going to run over $1500 in materials! Ouch! Whether it's the stainless perma-biner anchors at Roadside Crag or the erosion control at Clint Eastwood (yeah, I'm talking to you bad crag dog!), somebody has to do the hard labor and pay for it.
