Once upon a time, Friendly Avenue was a haven of tranquility, untouched by the clamor and congestion of high-density living. However, today, this treasured landscape is under threat. A proposed rezoning seeks to replace the serenity we cherish with a multi-unit apartment complex, forever altering the character of our beloved avenue.
