The Friends of Hilgay Riverside Academy are devastated to announce that our outside storage space was broken into over the weekend. The intruders have completely ransacked the place leaving us with NOTHING! They've trashed our stock, resources, donations and everything we have purchased for events. They have stolen stock and damaged goods. We are broken. This mindless act is uncomprehendable. Why anyone would want to do this to us is beyond us. Everything we have built over the last 3 years with our current committee is gone, beyond repair! What they fail to realise is this directly impacts the children. The children of our small school community; the children we work hard for; the children we want to provide for.

We have no words.
