Friends of Kenny Norman

As many of you have already heard, Kenny Norman, a longtime member of our on-site property management team here at Sea Pines, has recently undergone an extensive surgical procedure to treat a newly diagnosed cancer. After an arduous recovery from this procedure, he will likely need additional follow-up operations and weeks of chemotherapy and radiation. The majority of these treatments will take place in Boston.

While Kenny does have health insurance, as we all know, out-of-pocket costs including deductibles and copays can become significant. The multiple treatments he will have to receive will mean many trips to Boston and overnight stays for his wife Sue incurring additional costs.

Kenny and Sue have a great deal to deal with at the moment. Many of us at Sea Pines would like to offer everyone a way of helping them get through this challenging time by easing some of their real money concerns. To this end, we have set up a Go Fund Me account for their benefit. These funds could be used for costs not covered by insurance, travel and living expenses, or potentially temporary housing in Boston during the treatment period.
