Friends of Reynaldo Arteaga Family memorial

Reynaldo Arteaga passed away suddenly on September 23, 2023. Reynaldo was a beloved husband, father, son, friend, coach, and colleague. He leaves behind his precious wife Andi, and two daughters, Ava (16) and Sofia (14).

Reynaldo invested himself in the lives of his family and community. He was the primary provider for his family, who have suffered a tremendous loss with his passing. Reynaldo and Andi have given their time and themselves to so many of us as their family, friends, and community, and especially to our children.

With permission from the family, we have set up the Friends of Reynaldo Arteaga Family memorial fund in his name to benefit his wife and kids during their difficult journey ahead. Andi is so appreciative of all the support she’s received. We have set an initial goal of $60,000 to help cover any expenses they may have now or in the future. This could include household expenses, tuition and general support. Every dollar will go to Andi.

Arrangements for Reynaldo will be on Thursday, September 28th at Our Lady of Sorrows Catholic Church, 1720 Oxmoor Rd., Homewood, AL. Visitation will be at 2:00 p.m., followed by a funeral Mass at 3:00 p.m.
