Hey beautiful people, I am running the London marathon 2024 for Friends of the Children of Tanzania!

FOCT was established in 2007 in the UK to provide education, social and medical care and support to orphans, vulnerable and disabled children and their carers, in the Lake Victoria region of North West Tanzania in East Africa. They have 0 overheads in the UK so every single penny you donate goes directly to the projects in Tanzania and since COVID the charities ability to fundraise has been hindered so this is a really important opportunity to raise as much money as we can!

In addition, you will see me in immense amounts of pain in the run up and during the marathon so I really would appreciate any donations no matter how big or small!! Thank you in advance, you are all sensational.
