Friends of Vaughn is a 501c3 nonprofit organization started by parents dedicated to supporting Jacqueline Vaughn Occupational High School through fundraising efforts.

Our school, located at Montrose and Linder, is 100% special needs providing specialized education for over 200 high school students with cognitive, developmental and multiple disabilities.

There are no boundaries on who can attend Vaughn High School. Students and families who attend our school reside all over the City of Chicago.

Funds raised on this site will kick start our fundraising efforts for the schools Community Technology Initiatives.

We will supply our students with the assistive technology that will provide the opportunities to express ideas and share knowledge, while enhancing their learning as well as their independence. In addition, a computer lab will be available to students and parents before and after school. Raising money for our school will provide our students with the technology they require and need to communicate effectively and become productive adults in society.

Friends of Jacqueline Vaughn High School, NFP is a 501(c)(3) charitable organization. All gifts are tax deductible to the extent allowed by law. Registration with the Illinois Attorney General's office as an Illinois charity has been filed but not yet acknowledged.
