Keep Children Singing & Dreaming

Keep children singing and working torward their dreams, of singing with the Voice of Chicago, the primier choir of the Chicago Children`s Choir. Let`s keep children playing their violins, looking forward to playing in the Chicago`s Symphony Center at Merit Fest`s Gala in the spring 2016. The two programs at Whittier Dual Language Elementary School In the neighborhood of Pilsen in Chicago, are made possible through funding by the Friends of Whittier, a non-profit set up by teachers and parents established in 2011 to sustain them when funds were cut by CPS. The cost for the this year is $8,600 ( $143 per child) and our share for the violin program is $7,000 ($438 per child). The value is enourmus in fueling the dreams of over 80 children. We can keep them working, singing and playing torward those dreams with your help.
