Frodsham Fire-Fighters Weaver Walk 2022

Following a rise in incidents on the River Weaver, Frodsham Fire-Fighters are looking to raise as much money as possible to install Water Safety Information boards and public access rescue equipment in strategic locations along the banks of the River which can be then be used in emergency situations.

 

As part of the fundraising campaign Frodsham Fire-Fighters will be walking 100KM on 2nd/3rd April from the source of the River in the Peckforton hills through Cheshire back to Frodsham in fire kit (See Frodsham Fire station's Facebook and Twitter accounts for further details).

 

All funds raised will be split between purchasing as many rescue packs as possible and the Fire-Fighters charity.  (Registered Charity in England and Wales 1093387).
