Hi, I’m Chef Tiffany Moore — Army Veteran, Entrepreneur, and Founder of Lola Pecan, a Farm-to-Table Bistro in Southwest Atlanta.
After proudly serving my country and overcoming life-changing challenges, I’ve committed my second chapter to service through food and community. I’m raising funds to bring my dream — Lola Pecan — to life: a sustainable, soul-forward restaurant designed to nourish bodies, uplift spirits, and revitalize a neighborhood that’s been left behind for far too long.
What I’m Raising Money For:
Lola Pecan is more than just a restaurant — it’s a movement. Your contribution will directly help with:
• Finalizing renovations to our space
• Building out a fully functioning commercial kitchen
• Treating and repairing termite damage discovered during construction
• Permitting and inspections
• Creating jobs for local talent
• And… the exciting part — menu development and tasting!
Why This Matters:
Our restaurant is located in a Southwest Atlanta food desert where access to fresh, healthy food is limited. We’re changing that. Lola Pecan will source ingredients from local Black farmers and grow some produce on-site, creating a real farm-to-fork experience that uplifts our community from the inside out.
